cc: @GaryWebb1972 ~ #OTB ~ Ben Fulford (Aug 21 2012) ~ Frenzy Of Murder, Attempted Murder And Threats Of Mass Terror Are All Part Of Cabal Death Throes

Benjamin Fulford

On August 10th, Dr. Michael Van de Meer, AKA Dr. Michael Meiring, died in his sleep in extremely suspicious circumstances. Dr. Meiring was a very private individual who had to change his name to Van de Meer a few years ago after getting unwanted publicity when his legs were blown off by a bomb he says was placed by agents of George Bush senior and his Nazi cabal.

Dr. Van de Meer died immediately after being sent $750 billion worth of bonds from the same batch as the $134.5 billion worth that was illegally seized from two Japanese diplomats in June of 2009. He was planning to cash them on behalf of their Asian owners in order to finance a new international economic planning agency. De Meer was in robust health and full of plans for the future in a conversation with a White Dragon Society representative that took place only hours before his sudden death.

Meanwhile, the self-described “illuminati grandmaster” going by the name of “Alexander Romanov,” was taken into protective custody last week by the Japanese police following a murder attempt. Japanese underground sources confirm that a group of Japanese hit men are actively trying to kill him. Romanov was a 20-year veteran drug smuggler who risked his own life to inform the Japanese police and this writer that a nuclear missile had been smuggled into Japan for use in a mass murder attack. The Japanese police were either hopelessly incompetent or else in on the crime because they failed to take action even after Romanov told them exactly where the bomb was being kept (inside a compound owned by former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone). The fissile material in the bomb was later used to create several smaller devices that were used for the 311 tsunami and nuclear terror attack on Japan.

The trail for all of these attacks, as well as the current mass murder in Syria, leads to the P2 fascist lodge. It appears to be no coincidence that former black pope Peter Hans Kolvenbach chose to retire in Syria.

Email was sent to this writer with photographs of:

  • British monarch upside down and with the face erased
  • a British Royal Seal held upside down by Japanese imperial mirrors
  • a map showing planned terror attacks on Japan, England, Israel and Ecuador as well as pictures of various snakes.

The mail has been traced to the Nazi Satanist pope Malevolent. Through their actions, the P2 are precipitating a course of events that, if not stopped, will result in the destruction of Rome and its seven hills by forces linked to Rome’s ancient enemies, including descendants of the Carthaginian diaspora.

These murders and threats come amid signs cabal control is disintegrating at an accelerating pace on multiple fronts.

The public can see it in the Julian Assange case where the cabal ruling the West has dropped all pretense of accepting international norms. It is also visible in Syria where the cabalists are publicly supporting mass murder by Al CIAda terrorists but are losing. The Euro is also continuing its slow motion implosion despite all efforts to announce otherwise. Even the IMF is now officially calling for an Iceland style solution (bust the banks and arrest corrupt bankers and politicians who accepted their bribes). Now the most brainwashed people in the West are failing to explain the contradictions of their so-called leaders.

There are also signs that the Saudi regime, one of the most brutally repressive in the world, is in deep trouble. MI5 sources say that ARAMCO (the main Saud family owned oil company) facilities were shut down by a powerful new virus related to Stuxnet (tentatively called Gauss). The fact that the US increased purchases of Saudi oil by 20% last year and Japan was also forced by the nuclear terror attack to import $120 million a day of mostly Saudi oil is a sign the cabalists and their Satanic Saudi allies are desperate for cash flow. That is why they forced the Japanese and Americans to buy so much extra Saudi oil. The attack on ARAMCO should thus hurt.

Sources from ancient enemies of the Wahab heretic Saudis also say that no Saudi king is now expected to last more than a year in office.

Furthermore, Neil Keenan’s liens against the source of cabal power, the central banks of the West and their puppet states in Japan and South Korea are now set to be refiled as early as this Friday, Keenan says. The new liens have way more evidence backing them than the original Keenan lawsuit ever did and can be seen here:

http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/93544415/LIEN-Affidavit-Against-Bank-of-International-Settlements-BIS-05-14-12

http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/93551732/LIEN-Affidavit-Against-Japan-Central-Bank

http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/93549901/LIEN-Affidavit-Against-Federal-Reserve-The-Fed

http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/93545192/LIEN-Affidavit-Against-European-Central-Bank-ECB

Keenan says he has the backing of the pentagon and most of the US law enforcement establishment as well as Interpol. If this is true, it would be an absolute game changer.

Even if not, events in Asia are moving decisively against the cabal and their puppets. The Japanese underworld and all major Yakuza gangs have now agreed to stop working for the cabal and take action against their puppets.

In addition, the recent sacking of the North Korean number 2, General Ri Yong-ho, has meant that North Korea is no longer under cabal control. The new North Korean regime now wants to establish friendly relations with Japan and the rest of the world, according to senior North Korean sources. We can also confirm that Kim Jong-un is the son of Megumi Yokota, who was spirited away to North Korea at age 13. That is why he is pro-Japan, senior North Korean sources say.

This means that a split has now emerged between the North Korean government and the Chosen Soren (General Association of Korean Residents in Japan).

Chosen Soren agents were involved in the Aum Shinryikyo subway sarin gas attacks as well as the 311 nuclear and tsunami mass murder.

A White Dragon Society representative is scheduled to meet with a Chosen Soren representative this week to try to persuade them to stop working for the criminal fascist Western cabal. If that happens, cabal rule in Japan will disintegrate almost overnight and Nakasone and others will confessing their sins and asking for forgiveness on the NHK national television network.

The cabalists are desperately trying to fan tensions in the region in an attempt to forestall the inevitable. For example, the Chinese activists recently arrested by the Japanese authorities on a disputed Island turned out to have been paid large amounts of money by cabalists to carry out that stunt, according to Japanese and Chinese sources.

The South Korean cabal puppet regime is also trying to stir up trouble with provocative war games and other stunts. Here is a message to President Lee Myung-bak: Have a happy retirement; you are going to spend the rest of your life in jail for the murder of former president Roh Moo-hyun. The team of assassins your government has been using is no longer willing to murder on behalf of the Western cabal and its flunkies. Your only hope is to surrender now and stop working for the cabal

How to destroy #CCTV cameras?

Why destroy CCTV cameras?

Trust your instincts, but if you need intellectual justification then:

“The gaze of the cameras does not fall equally on all users of the street but on those who are stereotypical predefined as potentially deviant, or through appearance and demeanour, are singled out by operators as unrespectable. In this way youth, particularly those already socially and economically marginal, may be subject to even greater levels of authoritative intervention and official stigmatisation, and rather than contributing to social justice through the reduction of victimisation, CCTV will merely become a tool of injustice through the amplification of differential and discriminatory policing.”

“an instrument of social control and the production of discipline; the production of ‘anticipatory conformity’; the certainty of rapid deployment to observed deviance and; the compilation of individualised dossiers of the monitored population.”

“The unforgiving Eye: CCTV surveillance in public space” Dr Clive Norris and Gary Armstrong of the Centre for Criminology and Criminal Justice at Hull University, UK.

“What we have been able to show is that CCTV didn’t reduce crime – if anything it has increased – and it didn’t reduce fear of crime. If anything there was a slight increase in anxiety.” ~ Prof Jason Ditton of Sheffield University.

TYPES OF CCTV CAMERA

Dummy CCTV cameras

These should be destroyed and removed as they still induce paranoia and fear of punishment.
“Full bodied Dummy CCTV Camera including Lens and Mounting Bracket. Uses an actual Camera body so it looks like the real thing.”

Hidden CCTV cameras

They are also useful for back-up surveillance in installations where the primary CCTV equipment is of a more traditional nature, i.e. standard cameras. In this case Covert Cameras can operate as a back-up where primary cameras are disabled by an intruder. Used mostly for temporary installations to catch repetitive criminal activity.

Discouraged by UK home office.

Wall mounted CCTV cameras

Normally mounted just out of reach of an individual, but accessible by two people working together.
Mostly protecting private property, but often also covering public space.

Roof mounted CCTV cameras

Normally police traffic cameras, but sometimes private or large offices or institutions.

Street post mounted CCTV cameras

Normally local authority operated for surveillance of shopping areas or police traffic cameras.

METHODS OF ATTACK

Plastic bag

Plastic bag filled with glue does the trick nicely.
Cheap and almost as effective as other short term techniques. Use Industrial grade bags which are thicker. Sometimes a camera going into repair will be ‘bagged’ over, so visually its ambiguous. To Bag a camera theres a high chance that you can reach it with ease. If this is the case dont hesitate to smash the glass, lens and any other components. Dont bag it afterwards, people need to see the units smashed.
Gives clear indication of inoperability.

Sticker and tape

Placing of sticker or tape over lense.
Good training activity.
Gives clear indication of inoperability.

Paint gun

Use a childs power water pistol with household paint.
Fast, fun and easy method – Highly recommended.
Easy to disable many cameras in a short period of time. a typical one hour action can easily take out 10 cameras.
Carry reserve paint in plastic containers.
Filter paint to remove lumps to avoid blocking gun.
Go for lense first and then cover the rest of the camera and surrounding area.
Clear indication of inoperability, plus draws further attention to the camera.
Camera is easily cleaned so only effective for short time only.
We used super soaker SC 400 – 2000 Edition camoflaged for urban night actions.
With a 50/50 mix of water based house paint (emulsion) and water we could hit targets easily at 4.5m above the ground.
Such a paint mixture totally obscures view through glass lense cover once applied.
Be prepared to get splattered: use disposable clothing.
No climbing required.

Laser pointer

Fairly powerful laser pointers can be purchase for low cost (20.00GBP)
Laser pointers of <5mWatt or more can temporarily blind and may even permantently damage cctv cameras.
For garaunteed destruction a more powerful laser would be required.
But hazard of damaging eyes from misdirected pointing or reflection from the camera lense cover.

Also, very difficult to keep laser beam precisely still from any reasonable distance.
Can be attached to binoculars for better aiming.
No indication of in operability of camera.
Would not recomend this method.

Cable cutting

Cables can be cut with either a sharp hand axe or garden pruning tools.
Make sure tools are electrically insulated to prevent shock from camera power supply.
Casual glance at dangling cables will reveal that camera is inoperable.
Requires complete costly rewiring.
Satisfying sparks emitted when cables cut.

Block drop

Climb to the roof of the building on which the camera is mounted with some heavy weights eg concrete blocks and drop them on the cameras below.
Get correct drop position by dropping small stones first.
Camera will be totally destroyed in a shower of sparks.
Scaling tall buidlings with concrete blocks requires a certain level of fitness.
Pay careful attention to safety of others below.
This is a seriously hardcore method.

TRAINING

Training is essential for not only fitness, but also for developing techniques and more importantly preparing for unpredictable events.

Working together

Get to know your partner very well.
You will need to know your partners limits and abilities.
You will need to know how much you can trust each other.

Fittness

You can never be too fit.
Vary your exercises, but best training is actually doing.
Play on the terrain you will operate on.
Start on something easy like stickering.

Learning territory

Know every part of the area you will operate in.
Explore by day and night.
Climb every tree, building.
Explore every alley, bush and tunnel.
Climb every wall and railing and fence.
Don’t use paths or streets (only cross them at right angles).
If you have a police helicopter in your area then train aerial counter surveillance ie finding exisitng cover, flares, smoke bombs.

Most of your foraging will be done in your neighborhood. In this video Green Deane shows us some of his yard then walks around his neighborhood finding wild edibles. (For some unknown reason the screen shots got cut off when uploaded. )

OSForensics – Digital investigations faster

Here there is a new utility called OSForensics, currently it is freely available that I found very useful for conducting a computer forensics. OSForensics can retrieve data about recently accessed applications, documents, media and network shares by scanning locations in the registry which store a user’s Most Recently Used (MRU) lists. The data which can be tracked by OSForensics includes files accessed in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Wordpad, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Media Player, Windows Search, Connected Network Drives and the Windows Run command. #NWO - Operation Metal Gear: SAIC « Arm The Homeless - #Revolution

SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) is a FORTUNE 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company headquartered in the United States with numerous federal, state, and private sector clients. It works extensively with the United States Department of Defense, the United States Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Intelligence Community, including the National Security Agency, as well as other U.S. Government civil agencies and selected commercial markets. SAIC is also one of the top ten biggest defense contractors for the United States and remains relatively under the radar.

SAIC was founded by Dr. J. Robert “Bob” Beyster in 1969 in La Jolla, California, as Science Applications Incorporated. He was Chairman of the Board until his retirement in July 2004, and also served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until November 2003. DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) designated Dr. Beyster an Honorary Program Manager for his distinguished contributions to the agency over his career.

On November 3, 2003, Kenneth C. Dahlberg was named the CEO of SAIC, ending Beyster’s 30+ years of leadership. In 1967 he started his career with Hughes Aircraft, where he held various engineering, program management and leadership positions and served successively as president of three different corporate divisions. After Raytheon acquired Hughes in 1997, he became president and chief operating officer of Raytheon Systems Company. In 2000, he became executive vice president for business development and president of Raytheon International.

In fiscal year 2003, SAIC did over $2.6 billion in business with the United States Department of Defense, making it the ninth largest defense contractor in the United States. Other large contracts include their contract for information technology for the 2004 Olympics in Greece and from 2001 to 2005, SAIC was the primary contractor for the FBI’s unsuccessful Virtual Case File project. SAIC relocated its corporate headquarters to their existing facilities in Tysons Corner in unincorporated Fairfax County, Virginia, near McLean, in September 2009.

In 2002, SAIC was chosen by the NSA to produce a technology demonstration platform for the agency’s Trailblazer Project in a contract worth $280 million. Trailblazer is a “Digital Network Intelligence” system, intended to analyze data carried on computer networks. Project participants included Boeing, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton. SAIC had also participated in the concept definition phase of Trailblazer, beginning March 2001.According to science news site PhysOrg.com, Trailblazer was a continuation of the earlier ThinThread program. In 2005 NSA director Michael Haydn told a Senate hearing that the Trailblazer program was several hundred million dollars over budget and years behind schedule.

Trailblazer is a NSA programme intended to analyze data carried on computer networks. It can be used to track communication methods such as cell phones and e-mail. According to science news site PhysOrg.com, Trailblazer was a continuation of the earlier ThinThread program. In 2002 a consortium led by Science Applications International Corporation was chosen by the NSA to produce a technology demonstration platform for the agency’s Trailblazer program in a contract worth $280 million. Project participants included Boeing, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton. The project was overseen by NSA Deputy Director William B. Black, Jr., a former SAIC employee.

SAIC had also participated in the concept definition phase of Trailblazer, beginning March 2001.In 2005 NSA director Michael Hayden told a Senate hearing that the Trailblazer program was several hundred million dollars over budget and years behind schedule.

A series of articles on the problems with Trailblazer was written by Baltimore Sun reporter Siobahn Gorman in 2006-2007. She received an award for this work from the Society of Professional Journalists.

Several anonymous NSA sources told Hosenball of Newsweek that the project was a “wasteful failure”

Connecting the Dots:

SAIC conducted very lucrative business with Booz Allen Hamilton back in 2002 along with Boeing and various other intelligence firms with the Trailblazer Project to analyze (spy) network data for the NSA. Essentially, Metal Gear software, or at least an important component of the Metal Gear apparatus. SAIC, Booz Allen, and Boeing seem to be key players who continually appear in our extensive research over and over again.

Pisani is an executive at TASC and seems to be the top level contact, first for the stripping of the Romas/COIN business (more on this in a later post), and later for the acquisition of the struggling HBGary Federal.

According to our latest research, TASC, Inc. describes itself as “a renowned provider of advanced systems engineering, integration and decision–support services across the intelligence, defense, homeland security and federal markets.” It’s also a major target of our investigation due to correspondence discovered between HBGary Federal CEO Aaron Barr and TASC executives Al Pisani and John Lovegrove which show collusion regarding efforts to establish surveillance capabilities for use on the American people via a project called Romas/COIN. Specifically, TASC and HBGary Federal were in talks with each other as well as Mantech executive Bob Frisbie on a “recompete” pursuant to “counter intelligence” operations that were already being conducted on behalf of the federal government by another firm, SAIC, with which they hoped to compete for contracts. The discussions occurred in early February of 2010. The COIN team that was to be built out of this does not seem to have developed, partly due to the discovery by Barr that SAIC had teamed up with Northrop Grumman to pursue the contract renewal.

In an email sent by Barr to Lovegrove and Pisani:

All, I am fairly certain that NG is teaming with SAIC for the recompete. This creates a significant challenge that we need to discuss.

Another e-mail sent to a half-dozen executives at TASC later in the year indicates that Barr met with Apple, which showed interest in joining “the team” for the purpose of establishing surveillance networks. Barr also notes that the team in question should consider utilizing the online game company Zynga for the purpose. Zynga has been cited by informants as being involved in surveillance and data modelling targeted at its customer base.

In another email sent by Barr to TASC execs Al Pisani, Chris Clair, Ray Heider, Irene Harris, and John Lovegrove:

I had a very good conversation with Apple today on the phone. I am going to meet with them in person tomorrow. They are interested in being on the team. I am going to do a little research but the more I think about this model I think we also need to look for a smaller social networking company, maybe like a foursquare and also a social gaming company maybe like zynga, gameloft, etc. Just a thought.

Zynga is a social network game developer located in San Francisco, California, United States. The company develops browser-based games that work both stand-alone and as application widgets on social networking websites such as Facebook and MySpace. Arm The Homeless has already posted and extensive article on Facebook’s connections with the intelligence community/industry called “The Spying Machine”.

Seeing now that spying and gathering intelligence on American citizens and the poor, zombie-like players of such games as Farmville and Mafia Wars, why wouldn’t corporations such as Apple and SAIC jump on it? Profit is profit and that’s what corporations do; make profits by any means necessary.

If a system rewards individuals who invade your privacy and catalog everything you do online and off hundreds of times more than say school teachers or firefighters, that system is broken. Join Operation Metal Gear and show the people just how broken it really is.

Fission Products and Radiation - #nuclear #info

When a heavy atom (such as uranium or plutonium) undergoes fission, it splits into two lighter fission products. This splitting process also yields two or three neutrons, which can cause other heavy atoms to fission, as well as a huge amount of energy, which nuclear engineers convert into electric power.

The two fission product atoms are not the same two atoms every time. Nuclear scientists can predict the distribution of fission products through physical models, but generally this is measured experimentally to ensure accuracy.

When fission products are first produced, they are highly unstable and rapidly decay  (usually β- decay) multiple times until they become relatively stable nuclides with long half-lives. All this decaying generates quite a bit of energy, which we call decay heat. So even after the fission reaction completely stops (which it did immediately following the earthquake), fission products continue to produce energy for a long period of time. This energy is large enough to melt the fuel if the fuel is not cooled, and cooling the fuel has been what the reactor operators at Fukushima have been struggling with for several days.  The fission reaction was never out of control – only the decay heat cooling systems were out of control.

Although most fission products are considered waste, some are very important to the operation of a nuclear reactor and have specific uses. Two of the fission products, xenon-135 and samarium-149, are prolific neutron absorbers (called “neutron poisons”) and can substantially affect control of the fission reaction during normal operation. Others, especially molybdenum-99 which eventually decays to technetium-99m, are used to produce “medical isotopes” that are essential for diagnostic testing for numerous life-threatening illnesses. Each year, 40 million people worldwide undergo necessary testing with technetium-99m. If you’ve ever had a nuclear medicine procedure, the chances are high that what they put into your body came straight out of a nuclear reactor – and if they hadn’t put it into your body, it would have been considered nuclear waste!

Fission products remain inside the fuel under normal circumstances.  When fuel resides in the core, it contains an amount of fission products proportional to the total energy it generated.  When the fuel is depleted, it is moved to spent fuel pools and ultimately to dry cask storage, long-term repositories, or reprocessing facilities. At the Fukushima nuclear power plants, fuel inside the core (and possibly the spent fuel pools) is suspected to have likely been damaged.  Because of this, some fission products, especially the gaseous products, have likely been released. We do not currently have enough information to know exactly which (or in what amount) fission products have been released.

Not all fission products are harmful. Although a few are gaseous, which enables them to travel long distances through the atmosphere, most are not highly mobile and will thus remain localized near the reactor site. Although nearly all fission products emit radiation, only some are potentially harmful to humans.

The chart below lists various important fission products along with their yields – the frequency at which they are produced from fission. For example, 6.3% of fission events (on average) will produce xenon-135 (after the highly unstable fission products rapidly decay). The half-life is a general time scale for how long the listed radioactive fission product will exist before decaying to a more stable fission product. Note that cesium and iodine, which were detected near the Fukushima site, are by far the most frequently occurring radioactive fission product elements.

Yield Fission Product Half-life 6.8% cesium-133/134* 2 years 6.3% iodine-135 / xenon-135 7 hours 6.3% zirconium-93 1.5 million years 6.1% cesium-137 30 years 6.1% molybdenum-99 / technetium-99** 200,000 years 5.8% strontium-90 30 years 2.8% iodine-131 8 days 2.3% promethium-147 3 years 1.1% samarium-149 not radioactive 0.7% iodine-129 15 million years 0.4% samarium-151 90 years 0.4% ruthenium-106 1 year 0.3% krypton-85 11 years 0.2% palladium-107 7 million years

*Cs-133 is stable but has a high fission yield, but it will then produce Cs-134 from absorbing neutrons in the reactor and Cs-134 is radioactive with a ~2 year half-life.

**Half-life reported in the table is for Tc-99.  Mo-99 has a half-life of ~66 hours, which then decays to Tc-99m (metastable form of Tc-99) with a half-life of  ~6 hours.  The Tc-99m then decays to the Tc-99 with the 200,000 year half-life reported in the table.

Note that longer half-lives do not necessarily mean more danger. Some fission products have extremely long half-lives but emit very little radiation at any given time, so they are not dangerous. Other fission products emit huge amounts of radiation but exist for such a short period of time that they are not dangerous. How harmful a given fission product is to humans is a complicated function of half-life, radiation intensity, and various human biology factors.

Operation #Iraq - #Anonymuos Press Release 22.2.2011 #feb25 #opiraq (via anonvish17)

Anonymous’ Gift for the Iraqi People: http://ge.tt/#7aiuv4p (Care package contains first aid information, protest tactics, and more)

As Anonymous watches what is going on in Iraq, we are shocked by the violence, and the brutality used by the government to stop demonstrations.

Protests in the Iraqi cities denounced the social conditions and the lack of services, where demonstrators were confronted by the fire of security forces and many are killed or wounded…. It becomes unbearable to see that these people continue to suffer violence, after thirty years of the reign of fear under the Baath party and eight years of fierce occupation and terrorism.

Those in power now, are they not the opposition of the recent past who has suffered with the Iraqi people the worst dictatorship that can exist; with mass executions, violence, crimes against humanity and lack of freedoms of all kinds?

How can the Iraqi Police continue to use the same methods of the old regime by firing live ammunition on demonstrators who require only the minimum rights to a decent life? How can they accept that 15 % of children are not in school, but are instead working to help their extremely poor families, despite the fact that they live in one of the richest countries in the world?

Can the millions of dollars in profit that executives and officials continue to make in the ongoing corruption justifiy such crimes?

The consciousness of the people in the world can neither ignore nor condone such a situation. People of Iraq, we are at your side, we will do everything we can to help you.

We are Anonymous
We are Legion
We do not forgive
We do not forget

Expect us!!
